This new Vegan/Vegetarian 4 week basic nutrition plan is a comprehensive and nutrient-balanced plan for vegans and vegetarians. The best part is that shedding excess fat, clearig up skin issues, reducing inflammation and creating an abundance of energy isn’t expensive, “hard” or overwhelming.
The plan as outlined is “basic” for someone who may be lightly active SO, if you’re training extra hard or have other goals in mind (bulking for instance) this program would need to be tweaked for you. It incorporates 5 days per week with moderate activity and 1/2 with very little for recovery time.
